The local community, the one in MUC is truly amazing. It's the reason why I am still here. Big company, opportunities to learn and improve your skillset. Good benefits and salary compared to other local companies.
Cons
Constant reorgs. I was impacted heavily by that (team structure and location change). I currently have no colleagues on the site, and my new manager doesn't like having a report in EMEA . This is something that can happen anywhere - if you get the boss, who doesn't like you, they can make your life miserable. Promotion is tough, and as stated above, if you are just about to be promoted and a manager change happens.... Forget about it. Minimal job openings outside the USA or India, so switching to a different team if you experience bullying is impossible. Long working days (10+ hours) if your team is based elsewhere and not willing to compromise.
