- people are great - challenges are everywhere - a lot of cutting edge projects - benefits

Cons

- a lot of legacy code, about 50% of efforts is updating it - it's hard to be promoted when all employees are so great

Definitely working with some smart people and work life balance was for the most part good. The perks are good as well

Cons

Seems like the perks just keep decreasing. You’ll also deal with a lot of egos. People use the performance review tools to air their grievances when they could’ve just told you about the problem and resolved it. Also, good engineers don’t always make good managers.
