You work with incredibly smart, kind people. As a giant company, there's a lots of orgs, plenty of work to go around. You can take on a whole lot, or you can also choose to balance your work and life.

Cons

Layers of teams and orgs doing same things/similar things/opposite things make progress incredibly slow. Low work morale with unnecessary reorgs and unclear goals/vision for the company. Google is no longer taking on new ambitious bets or creative innovations beyond urgent AI initiatives.
