- Salary is competitive. - Good suite of benefits. - Occasionally interesting problems to solve. - Good people to work with.

Cons

- Very west-coast-USA focused, finding non-Java/frontend SWE roles in London is very challenging. - Difficult to coordinate with people across timezones, and getting a response or finding the right person to talk to can cause a lot of unnecessary delays in executing on things. - Frequent technical mandates impact team velocity. - As a late-diagnosed autistic, I found significant career progression to be impractical. - The company appears to be moderately union-hostile (at the very least discouraging of unions). - Opaque and inflexible layoff consultation.
