Great salary, benefits, office spaces with free food, great products.

Cons

Less opportunities across the company in high cost areas (i.e. US) only backfilling roles & hiring in low cost centers like India & Mexico. Fear of layoffs and job replacement in these low cost centers. The company has also taken a much firmer stance on working from the office despite building out remote sites leading to increased virtual collaborations across timezones.
