Pros
Great benefits. Smart coworkers. Inspiring company. I left Google for two years to get an MBA and recently rejoined the company. I've had exposure to other companies and they just don't compare.
Cons
Promotions are few and far between and career progression is tough to manage, but when successful, it pays off. You must be a self-starter to succeed.
