- people I work with - team culture overall - benefits
Cons
- Pay is not competitive enough - poor talent management: graduates and young professionals can't get fast tracked or get properly groomed (as you would be in consulting) - poor reward: despite the overwhelming "impact first" mantra the "queuing effect" remains true. Too few people are getting promoted, which cause all of the downstream effect on the team and corporate culture (laid back/frustrated/looking for other jobs etc.) - internal mobility has reduced over the years (despite the corporate language as well).
