Amazing perks, especially the food. Good leadership training if you ask for it.

Cons

Innovation, communication, and transparency greatly lacking. Teams rarely speak with each other, even if performing the exact same duties/tasks. Meetings rarely push the needle forward, with most people having days packed with meetings about the past meetings conducted, without time to actually perform what has been agreed upon.

Benefits, free food, gym, bright and friendly colleagues. Mostly respectful culture regardless of seniority. Good managers Flexibility around working schedule

Cons

Vps constantly changing entire division's focus, this can be exhausting and demoralising when you've worked so hard towards goals that suddenly become irrelevant or stale. Often you find out about these changes via rumours or side conversations. Takes experience to balance work/life balance with promotion goals. Very easy to get sucked into patterns of long hours.
