Great pay. Interesting projects. Great benefits. Very interesting people. A lot of information sharing both from inside projects and from the outside world. Conferences, talks, presentations.
Cons
Highly political environment. Everyone is at mercy of their manager. If your manager doesn't like you, you are doomed, no matter your performance or contribution.
