1. A lot of people you can learn 2. TLs and managers are very involved to the project 3. Clear promotion flow 4. Fair salary and stocks 5. Google community organizes a lot of events, it's easy to find that suits you and be engaged to contribute 6. Good work life balance, people in the team trust you

The promotion flow is clear, but it's very slow comparing to other options, salary still fair though
