      - Treats employees (esp. Engineers) very well - Great benefits, awesome offices and perks - Really good teammates

      Cons

      - Too many people treating Google like a lifestyle instead of a business. Focused on the perks instead of building great products. - Pay becoming less competitive in the market unless the stock continues going crazy - Over-leveled executives and under-leveled engineers coming into Google for the last several years.
