      The food in the cafeteria is a major benefit, as well as the health insurance, legal benefits, gym, etc. You get work with brilliant people. You learn the best engineer practices.

      Cons

      High intensity workloads, promotion is extremely hard to attain. High expectations outside of just regular work. You need join groups and clubs pertaining to company culture.
