      Pros

      Salary and benefits are excellent. The work itself is quite challenging, and just about everyone I have worked with is very bright. The lengthy interview process is definitely in a candidate’s best interest. Google also encourages internal mobility and side projects.

      Cons

      As with the rest of the industry, the benefits for consultants are not at all the same as full time employees, which is unfortunate.
