The people who you work with on the day-to-day are great and really supportive. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

The leadership didn't seem to have a cohesive strategies and we went through 6 re-orgs in under a year. Loss of good company culture over the years.

Compensation over time (especially stock), opportunities for advancement, free food, great buildings

Cons

Lighter on hiring (especially vendors) which results in stronger resource limitations and business impact opportunities, not great education benefits (pay 50%), autonomy is a little lower than competitors, tight(ish) reins on book publishing, no visitors after work hours. Productivity/tool limitations. Limits on parking for remote employees (or visiting from other offices). All these are understandable and minor in comparison to strong compensation.
