      Pros

      really no pros here. if all you want is a pay check in life then this work is for you. but dont count on anything from management and watch your back.

      Cons

      management will break laws, are dishonest, turn over rate is extremely high. i had an h.r. recruiter break 3 laws in the hiring process. asking an employee to pay for their own background check is absolutely ridiculous, illegal.
