They will hire just about anybody who has a strong body.

Cons

Health, mentally and physically. Toxic management. Subhuman coworkers. You are treated and are basically a human toilet.

Good pay. 4 day weekends. Lots of extras like having food truck days and company outings. Safety comes first. Advancement opportunities.

Cons

Very hot work environment (foundry). Insurance could be better.
