Unionized labor force tends to hinder direct conflict resolution between employee and employer Potentially hazardous work environment if not all rules are followed Communication of process changes are not clearly communicated to front line employees Work schedules can get rough from time to time, ranging from 50-70hrs/wk Lax attendance policy on union laborers leads to excessive overtime and lost production
