Pros
Not many pros. A good job if you don’t *need* money and it’s your side hustle.
Cons
Low pay, lots of work. You are expected to do it all: help customers, register, stock shelves (so many boxes!), pack Gopuff orders, deal with impatient Uber drivers, fill coolers, keep store clean, check for expired items (there’s a lot!), recover store, count money. There are bad employees who don’t do anything and expect others to do the work. If you have good work ethic, you WILL be the one who works the most. Your body WILL get wrecked due to the high physical aspect of the job. The company cuts hours whenever they want. Former employees sue constantly. Not worth the $17/hr they pay you.
