      Simple job & side tasks Accrued vacation/ sick time is usually always honored when requested

      Cons

      VERY high turnover rate in both management and warehouse associates Often times understaffed & high volume of orders Open all year round 24/7 No incentives for good performance Not allowed to sit unless on scheduled break- Even when there is no work left to do Schedule is changed without prior discussion

      Pros

      GoPuff is a warehouse-type job, filled with majority of employees. There is no interaction with customers whatsoever, and the culture is great.

      Cons

      Some locations do not have full-on ventilation, so it may get hot in there. To combat this, my location has a bunch of fans. Working in the summer here will get to you, as opposed to winter.
