      Corporate Nightmare

      Pros

      - Undemanding job - Low-effort, not hard to do what's required and coast by - Few degree requirements or prior experience required

      Cons

      - Upper Management is a mess - Little growth opportunities - a fellow co-worker was in the same role for 3.5 years without a single cent raise in hourly wage - Many unresolved issues with the working interface which hinder job performance - If suffering from staff shortages (which may be common depending on location), expect a high-stress working environment

      Pros

      When I was an ops manager, I enjoyed the job. I enjoyed working with the IC's and I also enjoyed how much walking I got in a day.

      Cons

      Poorly organized, apps don't work properly a lot of the time and are necessary for efficiency, there wasn't proper training, upper management(regional and up) are very hands off yet demanding
