      Flexibility, Missions, Boost, Priority Shifts

      Cons

      Downtime in between orders. Not getting paid if not on schedule. App crashes/acts up all the time. Sometimes you will get kicked out of the app and dont know why.

      Pros

      Easy work, consistent shifts, decent pay. They have a really good health plan but I was laid off before I could get it.

      Cons

      Awful awful management. They jumped into a new business venture without any preparation so it failed and the baristas are whom suffered because they had to do mass layoffs leaving many without jobs. They only took the supervisors word on who stays and who was laid off even though she was already reported for transphobia, racism, and favoritism and doesn't do any work herself. I was doing over half her work with her not even showing up for her shift for a month before I got laid off and heard she did not mention me as someone who did work when people were being considered being kept.
