Super quick advancement Very team minded Laid back environment Hard work is definitely rewarded Wonderful culture Rewarding day to day- you feel like you're building something!

Cons

Growing pains due to startup life Long hours Some changes take time to take effect Over all, you just need to be willing to work super hard and be flexible to change in order to be successful here.
