      Pros

      goPuff has been great for me. goPuff is a company that rewards you with opportunities for hard work and dedication, not how much experience you've had in the past. I've been with goPuff for a year and a half, have been in several positions, and every one has been a joy for me. Very rewarding work, as goPuff has a fresh idea and they execute on it well, so it's great to be a part of that. You can make a living here and not suffer through your job, as it's actually fun and low stress. The level of opportunity here is insane.

      Cons

      None as far as I'm concerned! Theres many little things that will be present with any company. But there's no serious issues as long as you're okay with long hours and some development complications here and there as the company is still a startup.

      Pros

      -Any and all ideas are heard so there's a the ability to be creative -Perks (bagels on Mondays, lunch brought in Friday, company HHs, etc) -Leadership! There are so many impressive backgrounds here from big companies like Amazon, Aramark, Coca-cola, Five Below, Lyft, Comcast, etc -Casual dress and atmosphere -Tech focused, data driven and always putting the customer first -Free parking for HQ employees in dedicated lot -Promotions from within (can go from driver to corporate)

      Cons

      -True startup so long hours and some weekends -Ambiguous bonus structure -Tight quarters in the current Philly HQ office

      - Tons of stuff to do every day - Can quantify and see what impact you're having on the company - The culture and job perks are solid - Looks like a bright future for the company

      - So much going on that sometimes stuff slips through the cracks
