We were making more than minimum wage before the minimum wage got increased and they did not raise it to match what it was before. We should have still been above the minimum wage. Have changed our hours without giving us a choice so are now putting us in for shifts anywhere between 6am - 3:30am. You only get overtime pay between 2-3:30. The workload is far far greater than the amount of staff they have. You have 1-2 agents on chat for the entire UK. They have also not given us any form of staff discount the entire time we've been here.

When I got laid off, there was an email that was sent out, inviting us to a Zoom meeting. I did not see the email in time, therefore missed the Zoom meeting. When I received an email, stating I was laid off, I was told that management tried to contact me multiple times with no success. Management never reached out to me before that email was sent out. I think, in this case, there was poor communication between management and team members.
