Cons

The leadership team is incredibly disorganized and have no idea what they are doing. Just because you used to work at amazon, does not mean you are the God of internet sales - humble yourselves.

the ability to choose the days you can work the people you meet

Cons

can't choose the hours you want to work, but differs from store to store. at least one day a week they only put in 2 OAs for a 19 shift so one works in the morning and the other at night on some days to do the orders, orders counting, expiring, quality check, putaway, receiving, and a lot more because they have "budgeting Issues" they cut down a lot on staff within the last year, I am feeling burnt out
