The workplace exhibits a micromanaging culture, with inadequate staff on shifts and evident favouritism by managers towards certain individuals. Managers excessively focus on minor errors, even something as trivial as missing a stop, forgetting we are often heavily understaffed. There are no perks or bonuses for the staff, and the pay is alarmingly low, especially given the current inflation rates.
