      Gopuff is extremely agile, accepting of remote work culture, and respect that good ideas can come from anywhere

      Cons

      The extreme agility can sometime equal volatility, they were calling for a return to the office as I was leaving, and while good ideas can come from anywhere, there's often not enough visibility throughout the org to source ideas.

      Was fun and exciting to train and teach people the importance of proper procedures as well as accomplishing goals alongside great teammates.

      Cons

      Too many bad decisions made, too much wasted, too much focusing on the wrong aspects of the business while neglecting the aspects that do matter.
