Pros
Ability to work when you want to. Use your own vehicle. Little interaction with staff at warehouse, just you, the orders and customers.
Cons
Horrible pay. Constantly changing pay scale. No compensation for gas. No assistance with providing discounts for maintenance or gas. Bathrooms are deplorable. System that assignments orders doesn't work very well. Never any available work blocks which guarantee a per hour minimum. No signage to assist with temporary parking to prevent receiving tickets or being towed delivering orders to customers. Customers aren't guaranteed to tip. You can drive 4 miles with 5 bags filled with items, fragile items and heavy, climb 4 flights of stairs and only make $3.33 for the entire trip. Constantly expanding the delivery zone causing drivers to travel further to deliver an order for less.
