      Teams consist of talented and passionate people

      Cons

      Incredibly mismanaged leadership that has made it clear that they do not care for their people. Multiple cold, dehumanizing layoffs that falsely blame the workers, rather than the CEOs and executive leadership who continue to create a toxic environment based on their newest reactionary emotion. Terrible work life balance and expect for you to be available constantly. Lower than average pay while dangling inconsistent bonuses based on cooked reviews. Limited to no LGBTQ or BIPOC representation, especially at a corporate level. If you accept a job here be sure to have an airtight exit plan.

      They have pretty much got rid of them all Pay is good and quarterly bonuses

      Cons

      Always want more with less You will be working as an associate for most of your week instead of being a manager. They will treat you like you have all the time in the world to manage even though you tell them your drowning. 4 giant layoffs in 13 months so you might one day just not have a job
