Not a place to work long-term. Do not be enticed with the “equity”. They may never go public, which means the RSU play money may never become real. There are so many things wrong with this company. You’ll be paid fairly depending on who you are & the state of the company at the moment. In a word, working here very quickly becomes exploitation, no matter what role or department you’re in. The CEOs smiled throughout the corporate company meeting addressing the recent layoffs. Completely money hungry people with no regard for the employees who are actually doing the work. Take the job if you truly need it, but continue to look for work. You will be ready to leave by the 6 month mark. I was embarrassed to work here. They are full of empty promises and cowardly leadership. You will not be supported or heard here.

not enough help when busy, scheduled hours of kitchen can change whenever they feel like trying something new, not paid for your experience which hurts everyone and makes zero sense when it is such a small operation, managers need to make sure to be telling their team when promotions are going on but they are ran so thin all across the valley I am shocked they have stuck around.
