literally everything else - no communication for policy changes or even latest promotions. so many tech issues and most people that get promoted are related in some way. 0 pay equity everyone that started on the team years ago makes way less than new hires and they are not willing to provide equity or raises of any kind, if you move out of state you get fired, you probably can’t afford to have their benefits package because they don't pay enough for it to even out, you HAVE to work overtime just to get by and your manager will probably never communicate with you. there are also so many manager changes it’s actually outrageous. i worked there for about 2 years and had 7 different managers - a few of which i wasn’t even informed about.
