Overtime pay and holiday pay is nice. Got paid double on Christmas. My manager at the time really cared about her employees and was upset at how corporate saw the staff as an afterthought. Sick Pay is nice as well.

Cons

No matter how good of an employee you are, you can get fired. Firings out of nowhere, then massive hirings. Overworked during the holiday season (About 50 hours weekly due to short staff and company deciding not to hire)
