Cons
Average req load 50+ & minimum 5 hires a day. Working weekends, expecting to be on standy by Saturday/Sunday and responsive to messages evenings and weekends. Salary of 48k Unlimited PTO but in actuality you only get 10 days, it's written in the handbook. HIGH leadership turnover, consistent team restructuring. No employee parking. Almost all growth opportunities are filled externally, not much room for growth or advancement.
