      The pay was good and the unlimited time off

      I heard of sexual misconduct and nothing was being done about it. The first day of the job I was told a joke about people who identify with pronouns.

      There is a lot of opportunity at Gopuff. It’s a young company that has already seen substantial growth in just a short 8 year period. There’s a lot of focus on communication on the internal side of the job.

      Cons

      Being a younger company there are definitely learning opportunities for them. A lot of their systems are being developed on the go right now as they find the exact business model that fits them. You can tell that if you have some patience through the growing pains there’s benefit on the other side.
