      Growing Pains of a "Startup"

      Pros

      The Gopuff team is stuffed with people that are really invested into making the company succeed - they all work really hard and everyone I connected with is invested and willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      24/7 role - literally. as a GM, I was on call all the time because there were no Shift leads (shift assistants) and I was the only salaried manager for a 24/7 site. Furthermore, the work going into launching the company into a city like NYC is tremendous - they're still figuring their stuff out, which meant lots of long hours, a lot of changed directions, and really thinking on the fly.

      Not recommend to work there, as the community ignoring

      Cons

      Had work at GoPuff as delivery rider, first week did 43 hours. Next week 0 hours. nobody give me to book any hours. After I wrote the community to change my location, all of them just ignoring and no answering my emails.
