gopuff started with an incredible work culture centered around meeting external customer needs, valuing internal customers, and growing the company through making moves and being innovative.

Cons

Present gopuff is a toxic company led by former Amazonians. Work life balance is non existent, growth opportunities are rare, ‘strategies’ are rolled out via writing papers without thought or direction for implementation, external & internal customers are considered last. The work ethic and core values that started and expanded gopuff no longer exists.
