      Good employee discounts and perks.

      Cons

      Hours aren’t close to what the job postings describe. Little to no support from corporate. No control over shipments, deliveries, or staffing. Pay isn’t close to compensating for the hours or requirements. If you’re a GM, be prepared for zero days off as there are mandated weekend hours and several daily weekday meetings. If you’re a GM, be prepared to not have enough management support perpetually, and to be expected to fill all the gaps personally.

      Pros

      I LOVE IT. staff is great, deliveries are never to far and you always know where to pick up from causing a lot less confusion. orders are always done quickly so you can get them out quickly.

      Cons

      It can be hard to collect hrs sometimes as it is first come first serve, but you will get some and get great pay.
