      There were some great people (who have all left) and the work was interesting in the early days

      Cons

      I don’t know where to start but the rot starts at the top. Horrible management and leadership.

      It's a job. Unique work experience.

      Cons

      Poor training if any is provided. Management knows nothing and is a boys club. Promotes you, then strips positions because they don't want to pay. Has been caught selling alcohol/tobacco to minors. Support roles(customer service/staff service) are no better than management. Incompetent management.

      Gopuff has many good hard working people Strong identity and is comfortable being an edgy, irreverent brand Willing to push the envelope in marketing

      Cons

      Culture was built around growth at all costs approach. Founders can't let go of the idea that company can be 'generational' company but growth doesn't support it. Multiple poorly executed layoffs turned culture negative Senior Leadership carousel
