FAVORITISM! GM's play favorites, everything is statistic based. They expect you to do too much and the processes of how they do things is constantly changing. GM's will cut your hours if you do not perform to their liking or if they do not like you. Most employees quit within the first few days/weeks due to poor Management. They do not offer holidays off unless you request them ahead of time.

Gopuff sucks in the help department they don’t have any driver support when you call the number it will say driver support but it’s actually customer service to only help the customers not the drivers. They don’t help you understand about the pay and or other troubles. There is no one to call. If someone’s order disappears no notification is given you will waste gas going to their house and you don’t get paid for cancellations. They don’t give you many bags at once which would help save on gas and mileage. They hire way too many people in at once. They use to add money to inspire you but they don’t do that anymore. If you are expecting to quit your job and make this a full time job make sure you know what your doing make sure you tested this full time for a month.
