      Gopuff has many good hard working people Strong identity and is comfortable being an edgy, irreverent brand Willing to push the envelope in marketing

      Cons

      Culture was built around growth at all costs approach. Founders can't let go of the idea that company can be 'generational' company but growth doesn't support it. Multiple poorly executed layoffs turned culture negative Senior Leadership carousel

      Easy job anybody with 4th grade level reading and math skills can do this job

      Favoritism is rampant Racism is rampant Inconsistent hours Low pay Disrespectful management and HR team Can’t even call HR that’s bad business practice all in its own. What company doesn’t have a phone number?!!
