      Pros

      -Unlimited PTO. -Great organization to develop in. -Good benefits. -Being part of 1 of the biggest growing companies and game changers.

      Cons

      -Too many hours, if not at the MFC, then on your computer or phone -Expected to work at other locations, and do out of job description tasks for no additional compensation -Nobody really know how bonuses are calculated, as we never receive a report or feedback once they're paid out (that's if they get paid out)

      Pros

      Remote work from home. Nobody breathing down your neck. Flexible hours and they provide the equipment. Days go fast because you talk to a lot of people

      Cons

      The first you take in the morning can the worst call of the day, and the last call you take can be the worst call of the day. They treat their drivers horribly, and provide them no solutions to problems.
