      I guess it was laid back and there isn't a dress code.

      Cons

      Management is untruthful, I did not feel appreciated in any way for any of the work or extra effort i put in. I was promised a promotion on two separate occasions and neither of these promises were honored. This led me to leave the company. This is a complete dead end job. When they hire you they promise of growth which is a complete lie
