      Pay and benefits were good, generally my coworkers were nice

      Cons

      Chaotic and unorganized environment. Constant layoffs and extremely unprofessional behavior. If you aren’t a “yes man”, you won’t advance in the company. Execs just want their ideas pushed forward, even if they’re terrible ideas. Don’t waste your time. This company is a joke and I’m shocked it hasn’t been acquired yet

      Not to many other than not having upper leadership on your site.

      Micromanagement Not enough allocation of resources Poor training and development for associates and managers Expectation is 65 hours a week as much as they say work life balance matters it does not.

      An opaque management, top heavy in directors, managers. Need more business direction. Review process is not clear and was incomplete as people were laid off without warning.
