      Constantly Fumbling Opportunities - Prepare to be Used

      Extremely lax work environment, free expired food

      Cons

      Leadership does nothing and is not present at any of the sites in AZ. All work falls on OAs to delegate amongst themselves which results in one or two passionate employees running the site and keeping it afloat with zero support. All training comes from messing things up on your own and finding a way that seems okay; no one is ever checking your progress or teaching you.

      Very Dehumanizing

      Pros

      If you’re really desperate they’ll hire just about anyone (and you will therefor be considered entirely disposable)

      Cons

      Working here was very stressful and depressing. Management did not care about my health nor were the ever communicative when I reached out to them about it. They terminated me after a botched delivery that made me very anxious, in which I was stranded with no help from my supervisors when I reached out to them. I’ve always gotten along well with my supervisors. (I adore my last boss.) These employers were simply rude and self-centered.
