It is a job that allowed me to take off as much as I wanted

Cons

There is favoritism/ do not be a woman who puts in work, it will be ignored/had to file a discrimination claim against former person in higher management/he was put on administrative leave and told to get a medical marijuana card to "calm his aggressions". Just do not work for this company. They will not appreciate you or your efforts and will definitely ignore the behavior of their leadership.
