      Flexible yet hardworking environment. Work with a team of motivated people who are thinking creatively and critically about how to better the business and innovate. Everyone is supportive and ready to help out. Leadership welcomes new ideas from everyone.

      Cons

      Must be a self-motivated go-getter in order to succeed. Not so sure that someone who relies on the structure and strict process common in more traditional corporate environments would thrive here.
