      Pros

      Unlike most delivery services, you get paid hourly even when there aren’t any trips. You’re guaranteed 120% of local minimum wage and keep 100% of your tips.

      Cons

      The pay structure looks confusing because it’s been over complicated. They pay you a per-trip commission plus all the tips you got, and then a “weekly subsidy” to bring your hourly pay back up to 120% of local minimum wage. I ignore that and just calculate total hourly plus tips.
