      Constant flip flopping of ideas and frivolous spending

      Pros

      Great talent was originally coming to Gopuff which made it exciting. Originally we also had money and could do projects. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Everyone I got hired with was laid off or left. I made it through 4 layoffs watching my teammates vanish only for management to realize we needed those positions and ultimately re-hire new people to do the same job almost immediately. The ceos have this big new office in Miami that literally 5 people work out of at any given time. They spent so much money on furniture and dumb crap that never gets used just to continue to lay off core employees.

      Pros

      They have pretty much got rid of them all Pay is good and quarterly bonuses

      Cons

      Always want more with less You will be working as an associate for most of your week instead of being a manager. They will treat you like you have all the time in the world to manage even though you tell them your drowning. 4 giant layoffs in 13 months so you might one day just not have a job

      Pros

      I loved working for Gopuff because I can literally pick up any shift I wanted when I wanted. I was my own boss in a sense I got to pick my days off... and I liked the pay also. They had Lil bonuses if you did so many deliveries plus your regular pay. I LOVED IT!!

      Cons

      The only con it had was it was hard on your car and running up the mileage on your car.
