The biggest issues with this company is lack of communication on all levels, the gms will are hit or miss. Some will work hard with the OAS and shift leads and some will do nothing and let all the blame fall on their staff. Living wage doesnt exist even at the salary level. The lack of attention to detail and lack of care from upper MGMT will be the companys downfall. The turnover rate for this company is the highest ive ever seen for such a fast growing company. The few employees at each site that care keep it all afloat with little to no recognition from anyone. And done even think that you will grow with this company they would much rather hire inexperienced outside hires that will drag a site down. Ive seen sites go completely unmanaged for months and the low level staff be expected to take care of anything. Let alone the constant threats for being written up or fired for things that you cannot control. I love this company but burn out is 100% a factor as to why the turnover rate is so high. While yes you can grow you have to do 1000% more than that what should be required. If you want to move up in the company you must go out of your way and drive your own car to help other failing site for the higher mgmt to even know you exist. As a philly native i want to see this company do well but its sad to see where it is headed.
