      Ridiculous expectations with too many variables completely out your control.

      Pros

      They start everyone at 60k with full benefits day one.

      Cons

      Upper management is awful. Drivers are unreliable and the warehouse employees are uneducated, impossible to motivate, and also completely unreliable. Expect to work 7 days a week up 27 hours a day. And good luck getting sleep when you’re off. On call 24/7 (which they won’t tell you in the interview), ridiculous and overwhelming virtual training that applies to nothing the job actually entails.
